BioCamp 2022
Last weekend our Unit 3 and 4 Biology class took part in a study camp down at the school’s Torquay campus. Having missed the opportunity to go on camps over the last two years due the numerous covid restrictions, the girls jumped at the chance to spend a weekend learning and more importantly building memories with their friends before the daunting VCE examination period kicks in. For many this will be the last time they have the chance to go to the Torquay campus before they embark on a new chapter of their lives; an experience that they all fully embraced.
It was a great opportunity for them to consolidate their understanding of the concepts covered throughout the year and also prepare for the end of year examinations that start in October. Friday night was quiz night followed by an intense revision session on the Saturday morning. In the afternoon they completed an exam masterclass followed by a sunset walk along the beach.
It was a great team effort by all and one that will live long in the memory!
