Hello St Aloysius Community, we hope you are settling into the start of a new school year. We wanted to share with you some Free Mental Health Apps that can be very helpful if you are needing some support outside of school hours. These apps can be a useful tool that you can access when you need and focus on a range of different areas. If you are not sure which app is right for you, or need help implementing the strategies, please see Beth (Barbra Hill Centre on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday) or Tamara (D-Block Wellbeing room Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday), we are here to help.

2023 Interhouse Swimming Carnival
The 2023 Interhouse Swimming Carnival will be taking place on Wednesday 15 February. We invite and encourage families to come along to share and enjoy this fantastic day with their sons and daughters.
