Community Connect has launched its Facebook page, with many parents immediately joining. This is a place for parents to buy and sell second-hand books, uniforms etc, for Community Connect to advertise its events, and to further connect our school families. Ticket sales close on Monday, 18th March and with only 30 tickets remaining, jump in quickly to secure yours! Year eight parents please put Friday, 24th May in your diaries for the Year Eight Family Games Night - an evening of trivia and other activities featuring music from the school band. We know the year eight families love a social gathering so this is sure to be another fun night.
We are still planning events for Years 9 to 12 and always looking at ways to enhance community at our school, so if you'd like to offer some suggestions or volunteer to help, reach out!
