From Year 10
It has been a very busy fortnight for Year 10. As we are wrapping up for Term 3, Year 10 students have been focusing on completing assessments, attending incursions and excursions and participating in various activities around the College. One of the highlights was, undoubtedly, last Friday when the College got together and celebrated Mercy Day. Students participated in various fun activities to raise awareness of the charity group in their Houses and to display House spirits.
On Friday, we celebrated Mercy Day, and it was a fantastic experience. I really enjoyed selling our candy salad, which turned out to be a big success. Additionally, I had a great time watching the house performing arts performances; they were excellent. Mercy Day was a success for 10A, our candy salad sold out within 20 minutes! We raised over $120!

Earlier in the week, our VET Applied Fashion & Design students headed to NGV to see the exhibition, Africa Fashion. Meanwhile our Italian students visited the LUME Leonardo da Vinci exhibition. It has definitely been a very busy term and students are to be commended on their outstanding contribution to College life and perseverance in their learning.
I look forward to seeing all students return in Term 4 for another challenging, yet exciting term and wish everyone a safe and happy break.
