From Year 8
It is pleasing to see that students have settled in well and are engaging enthusiastically with their learning. The school community has been buzzing with energy as students dive into a range of subjects, developing their skills and expanding their knowledge across a range of their subjects.
In Music, students have been learning to play the guitar, while in English, they have been honing their writing skills through TEEL paragraphs based on The Whale Rider.
Maths classes have been exploring recurring and terminating decimals, and in Humanities, students have been comprehending internal migration movements in Australia.
Additionally, in Physical Education, students have been engaging in the unit of Striking and Fielding while exploring the concept of Health and Wellbeing. These are just a few examples of the learning experiences happening across the College.
