From the Principal
On Thursday 19 October, the annual Valedictory Mass and Dinner was held to pay tribute to our 2023 Valedictorians. Our Mass at St Brendan’s with the celebrant, Father Thang, was a joyful occasion and celebrated our Year 12 students in the context of the celebration of our Catholic faith.

End of Year Celebration
St Aloysius Community Connect would like to invite family and friends from all year levels to a picnic in the park to celebrate the end of the year and connect with others in the school community.
From the Deputy Principal
We can all relate to that last 50 to 100 metres of a race, be it a swimming event or horse race, the winning moves are always made at this stage by the fittest participant.
Sport Update
The ACS Summer Season resumed in the first week of term and some of our teams had some amazing results. Our Intermediate Volleyball C team continue to be a dominant force and sit on top of the ladder with just 3 remaining games.
Year 12 Mass
The liturgical celebration was held at St Brendan’s Church Flemington with the mass celebrated by Fr Thang Vu the parish priest and our College Chaplin. The graduating students entered the church during the opening procession holding a lit tea-light candle.
From Year 7
Last Friday, 20th October, our cohort of enthusiastic Year 7 students went to Melbourne Zoo and had an enriching journey, observing and learning about animal behaviours, conservation endeavours, and endangered Australian animals.
From Year 8
St Aloysius College has proven to be a hub of talent and excellence, as showcased by its students' recent achievements.
From Year 9
The Mercy RITES program is a Year 9 Program developed to incorporate the Universal Learning Program (ULP) whereby students are encouraged to grow and learn by exploring their interests.
From Year 10
Year 10 students have been very busy preparing for their exams and completing their assessments. On last Monday, six of our Year 10 students were involved in singing at the Graduation Mass last Thursday
From the Senior Years
For Senior students in Years 11 and 12, Term 4 is a time for consolidation and demonstration of learning as students head into their VCAA examinations and their school-based Year 11 examinations. This is an important time for preparation and where ongoing efforts come to fruition.
From Year 12
On Thursday 19 October, Year 12 students, parents and carers, and St Aloysius College staff celebrated the Valedictory Mass at St Brendan’s Church in Flemington followed by the celebration Valedictory dinner at San Remo Ballroom in Carlton North.
