Food Tech
Students have been enjoying longer lessons this year so we have been doing more visual demonstrations. There are lots of learning opportunities through class discussion around the demonstration taking place, which also supports different students' learning styles. We are making the most of the new ovens that were installed at the beginning of the year. In the photos you can see Year 12 students made two types of pides, Year 10 students were making Turkish cheese with they used the following weeks in warrigal green spinach triangles, Year 9 students made lamb kofta on flat bread with herb yoghurt dressing and Year 8 students made pancakes with berries.
